Light of the Deep

The Light of the Deep is a Deaf-led theatre workshop performance that combines Visual Vernacular, physical theatre, and animated projection design to create an immersive experience.

The story follows a fisherman’s journey as he seeks his inner light, navigating the depths of the ocean to uncover transformation and self-discovery.

Created and directed by Landon Krentz, the performance explores themes of growth, resilience, and the search for meaning in a vast, mysterious world.

This powerful exploration of identity and light is a workshop currently in development for a full one hour performance confirmed in Oct 30 - Nov 2, 2025 at the Inside Out Theatre in Calgary, Alberta.
