SOUND OFF is proud to be in collaboration this year with the SkirtsaFire Festival which runs February 29th to March 10th, 2024. SkirtsaFire is Edmonton’s annual festival celebrating the work of women and non-binary artists.
SkirtsaFire has worked to ensure that parts of their programming accessible with ASL interpretation, allowing more audiences to join in and participate in their shows and activities.
The following activities will feature ASL interpretation:

CART Captioning: Saturday, March 2nd and Saturday, March 9th at 7:30pm

ASL Interpreted Performance: Tuesday, March 5th at 7:30pm
Speaking Vibrations (presented in partnership with @soundofffestival)
All performances are ASL Interpreted, plus include creative captions and audio description. There are also a limited number of vibrotacticle devices which patrons can use!
