SOUND OFF is proud to be a supporter of SkirtsAfire Festival which will run March 6th to March 16th, 2025. SkirtsAfire is Edmonton’s annual festival celebrating the work of women.

SkirtsAfire has worked hard to ensure that parts of their programming are accessible with ASL interpretation, allowing more audiences to join in and participate in their shows and activities.

The following performances will feature ASL interpretation:

The Shoe Project (Immigrant and Refugee stories, Deaf Interpretation provided by Thurga Kanagasekarampillai):

Ocêpihkowan (Indigenous Programming, Deaf Interpretation provided by Crystal Wolfe):
March 12th at 7:30PM at Walterdale Theatre 

Dance Nation (MainStage Play):
March 13th at 7:30PM at Gateway Theatre
